شمل الحفل كذلك استعراض لطموحات المشاركين، حيث أبدى فرقد بن طاهر الكندي، موظف في أحد الشركات المشاركة بالبرنامج حماسه لمشاركته في "اعتماد"، ورغبته لمواجهة تحديات جديدة بفكر جديد وإحداث أثر إيجابي في مسار عمله ومحيطه بعد تخرجه من البرنامج، كون أنه استثمار في مستقبل كل الكوادر العمانية وخطوة جبارة لرفع مستوى القيادات العمانية في القطاع الخاص
