8. عدم ثقة غالبية لجان التوعية المجتمعية بقدرتها على الاستمرار بالعمل اذا توقف دعم جمعية الهلال الاحمر لها امر مقلق ويستدعي الانتباه، بحيث تعمل على تطوير قدرات لجان التوعية في تنمية مواردها وعلاقاتها وتشبيكها وآليات عملها التنظيمية بما يسمح باستمراريتها وديمومتها، وبما يخدم توجه الجمعية في تنمية القدرات واستدامة العمل ولاعطاء مجال للانتقال الى تجمعات اخرى محتاجه. وقد يفسر هذا محدودية الوصول الى التجمعات المقرر الوصول اليها وفق مخططات المشروع.
