البند الأول: وهب الطرف الأول بموجب هذا العقد وأسقط وتنازل بغير عوض وبدون مقابل مع كافة الضمانات الفعلية والقانونية للطرف الثاني بصفته مبلغ نقدي وقدره 200000 جنيه مصري بغرض استيفاء شروط طلب الهجرة الدائمة المقدم لدائرة الهجرة الكندية وحيث أن الواهب هو والد الموهوب له.
