وضح الأستاذ الباز بان إدارة المخاطر كانت إدارة جيدة قامت بعمل سياسات وإجراءات لكن المشكلة كانت في تطبيق ذلك.

8.2 قدم الأستاذ الباز تقرير الالتزام الخاص بإدارة المخاطر، وشمل التقرير النتائج التالية:
• عدم اكتمال عملية مراقبة المخاطر.
• عدم اعداد إدارة المخاطر لخطة طوارئ خاصة بالشركة.
• عدم التمكن من تحديد ومراقبة مخاطر السيولة.
• عدم التمكن من تحديد ومراقبة مخاطر الائتمان.


8.3 بعد أن اطلع أعضاء اللجنة على التقرير بالتفصيل تم اتخاذ القرار الآتي:

القرار رقم 09/09/2016:
قررت اللجنة بالإجماع الموافقة تقرير تقييم الالتزام لإدارة المخاطر، وعلى إدارة الرقابة النظامية متابعة كافة الأمور المذكورة في التقرير.

Broad Professor Baz that risk management was good management has policies and procedures but the problem was in the application. 8.2 Professor goshawk report commitment to risk management, the report included the following results:• Incomplete risk control process.• Prepare risk management for corporate contingency plan.• Inability to identify and monitor the liquidity risk.• Inability to identify and monitor the credit risk.8.3 after Committee members briefed the report detailing the decision was as follows:Resolution 09/03/2016:The Committee unanimously decided to approve the assessment of compliance risk management, statutory control management follow up all matters mentioned in the report.

Explained Professor Baz that risk management was good management has done a policies and procedures but the problem was in the application of it.

8.2 ft Professor Baz's risk management commitment report, the report included the following findings:
• lack of risk control process is completed.
• lack of preparation of the risk management plan for emergency company.
• not being able to identify and control liquidity risk.
• not being able to identify and monitor credit risk.


8.3 after being briefed members of the Committee on the report in detail the decision was made as follows:

resolution No. 09/09/2016:
Committee unanimously decided to approve assess the commitment of the management report risks, and the regularity management follow up all the things mentioned in the report.
