يحتفظ الطرف الثاني بملكية الاسم الت

يحتفظ الطرف الثاني بملكية الاسم التجاري للعقار ("مركز جرير التجاري")، ويلتزم الطرف الأول بإزالة الاسم المذكور من كافة اللوحات واللافتات والإشارات والمطبوعات والتطبيقات الالكترونية الخاصة بالعقار وذلك قبل (30) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ انتهاء عقد الايجار، كما يلتزم الطرف الأول بعدم استخدام هذا الاسم (سواء نفس الاسم أو اسم مشابه له) بأي طريقة من طرق الاستخدام (المطبوعة والمسموعة والمرئية والالكترونية)، ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية في مواجهة الطرف الثاني في حال الإخلال بهذا الالتزام.
