الكتاكيت التي غذيت العليقة ذات مستوي البروتين العادي والمضاف اليها 1.5 % حمض ستريك أو بدون اضافة حمض الفيوماريك اعطت أعلي نسبة للحم في حين اعطت الكتاكيت التي تناولت العليقة منخفضة البروتين مع اضافة حمض الفيوماريك بنسبة 3% اقل قيمة للحم
