1. تُعتبر هذه الاتفاقية الإطار التعاقدي الوحيد الذي ينظم قواعد وإجراءات تصفية عقد الإيجار، وفي حال تعارض بنود هذه الاتفاقية مع بنود عقد الإيجار فتكون الأولوية لبنود هذه الاتفاقية.
