تمنح المنشأة العامل المسلم الذي يرغب في أداء فريضة الحج إجازة بأجر كامل مدتها (7) أيام بالإضافة إلى إجازة عيد الأضحى المبارك وذلك لمرة واحدة طوال مدة خدمته وللمنشأة حق تنظيم هذه الإجازة بما يضمن حسن سير العمل بها .
