لا توجد اية انشطة او مصالح اخرى مهمة لمدير الصندوق او اعضاء مجلس ادارته تمثل تضاربًا جوهريًا في المصالح التي قد تكون ذات تأثير على آدائه و التزامه تجاه الصندوق عدا ما تم ذكره في الفقرة 30 من هذه الشروط و الاحكام
