يجب على مقدم الخدمة إعلام المستهلك عن طريق الاشهار او الاعلان او بواسطة اي طريقة اخرى مناسبة، بالخدمات المقدمة و التعريفات و الحدود المحتملة للمسؤولية التعاقدية و الشروط الخاصة بتقديم الخدمة
