11.1 تباحث أعضاء المجلس الحضور بمواعيد إجتماعات مجلس الإدارة المزمع عقدها خلال ما تبقى من العام الحالي 2016م، ولتكون بتواقيت معلومة مسبقاً مما يسهل على جميع الأعضاء إدارجها ضمن جداول أعمالهم، وبما يضمن حضورهم جميعاً لتحقيق مهنية وفاعلية أكبر لتلك الإجتماعات.
11.2 توافق رئيس وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة على جميع المواعيد المُدرجة ضمن الجدول الزمني المُعدّل بالشكل المرسل لهم مع مستندات هذا الإجتماع فيما عدا إجتماع المجلس رقم (9) حيث توافق جميع الأعضاء على تأخيره لمدة أسبوع واحد فقط ليكون في يوم الإثنين 19/12/2016م بدلاُ من يوم الإثنين 12/12/2016م، مع الإيعاز إلى أمانة سر المجلس بإبلاغ جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة بهذه المواعيد في حينه، وإجراء ما يلزم من تعديلات إن لزم الأمر.

11.1 the Board members discussed attendance dates for Board meetings to be held during the remainder of the year 2016, already known to be btwakit making it easy for all members including them into their schedules, to ensure their attendance at all to achieve professional and more effectively to those meetings. 11.2 consensus President and Board members for all appointments under the amended schedule sending form with the meeting documents except for the Council meeting (9) where all members to delay for one week only to be on Monday 19/12/2016 m instead of Monday 12/12/2016, with the Council Secretariat to instruct inform all parties related to these appointments in a timely manner and make the necessary adjustments if necessary.

Results (English) 2:

11.1 discuss Council members to attend the dates of the Board of Directors meeting to be held during the remainder of the year 2016, and to be Bhetwaqat known in advance , making it easier for all Members include them within their schedules, and to ensure their attendance are all professional and effective manner to achieve for those meetings.
11.2 Chairman and members of the Board of Directors approved All appointments included in the rate schedule as the sender them with this meeting documents with the exception of Council No. meeting (9) , where the consensus of all members to delay it for only one week to be on Monday 12/19/2016 m instead of Monday 12/12 / 2016, with instruct the Secretariat of the Council shall inform all relevant parties to these appointments in a timely manner, and make the necessary adjustments if necessary.
