في حال صادف تاريخ الاستحقاق يوم عطل

في حال صادف تاريخ الاستحقاق يوم عطلة رسمية، فيكون تاريخ الحق هو أول يوم عمل يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق، ولا يستحق مالكي الصكوك أي عوائد أو مبالغ اخرى عن أي تأخير في استلام المبالغ المستحقة بعد تاريخ الاستحقاق في هذه الحالة.
