يسعى المدير لحماية مصالح العميل، ومنع ومعالجة أي حالة تضارب مصالح جوهري بينه وبين العميل. وبين مصلحته ومصلحة أي صندوق استثماري يديره، وبين مصلحة الصندوق ومصلحة أي صندوق استثمار آخر وسوف يقوم مدير الصندوق بتقديم الإجراءات التي ستتبع لمعالجة تضارب المصالح عند طلبها كما سيتم إبلاغ هيئة السوق المالية عن أي تضارب في المصالح قد ينشأ أثناء عمل الصندوق.
