وبالرغم من الحرص الكبير لدى المجلس الاعلى للطفولة لاشراك مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في لجان عمله، الا انها انتاجيتها مرتبطة بالمشاريع الممولة من قبل المنظمات المحلية والدولية دون ان يكون هناك استراتيجية واضحة لعمل هذه اللجان وممولة من قبل وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية لذلك نرى بان فعالية هذا التنسيق تعلو وتهبط بحسب المشاريع المتوفرة بالاضافة الى دخول السياسة في الكثير من هذه الاعمال التنسيقية نتيجة الطرف السياسي الذي يصل لوزارة الشؤون بعتبارها وزارة الوصاية لعمل المجلس الاعلى للطفولة. والاهم من ذلك كلّه فاننا لا نرى في اعمال هذه اللجان المشكلة للتنسيق اي مشاركة للاطفال في اعمالها.

Despite the eagerness of the Higher Council for children to involve civil society in its committees, but productivity associated with projects financed by local and international organizations without a clear strategy for the work of these committees and funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs so we see that the effectiveness of this coordination up and down depending on the available projects in addition to enter politics in much of this coordination work as a result of the political party up to the guardianship Ministry batbarha Affairs work of the Higher Council for childhood. And most of all, we do not see the work of these committees formed to coordinate any participation of children in its work.

In spite of the great care with the Supreme Council for Childhood to involve civil society in the committees of his work, but it is productivity-related projects funded by local and international organizations, without that there will be a clear strategy for the work of these committees and funded by the Ministry of Social Affairs Therefore, we believe that the effectiveness of such coordination up and down according to the available projects in addition to entering politics in a lot of these coordinating business as a result of the political party that reaches to the Ministry of Battabarha Affairs Ministry guardianship for the work of the Supreme Council for Childhood. And most of all, we do not see in the work of these committees formed to coordinate the participation of any of the children in their work.
