و في حالة تعذر الوصول إلى تسوية او

و في حالة تعذر الوصول إلى تسوية او لم يتم الرد خلال 7 ايام عمل، يحق للمشترك ايداع شكواه لدى هيئة السوق المالية - إدارة شكاوي المستثمرين، كما يحق للمشترك ايداع شكواه لدى لجنة الفصل في منازعات الاوراق المالية بعد مضي مدة 90 يوما تقويميا من تاريخ ايداع الشكوى لدى الهيئة، إلا اذا اخطرت الهيئة مقدم الشكوى بجواز ايداعها لدى اللجنة قبل انقضاء المدة
