هي عبارة عن اتفاقية بين البائع و المشتري، حيث يقوم البائع بالحصول على السلعة و تسليمها إلى المشتري بناءً على سعر متفق عليه بينهما. و هكذا فإن البائع يعمل كطرف ممول يوفر التمويل . و يتم الدفع عادة عن طريق نظام الاقساط او في صورة مجملة في تاريخ لاحق
