(‌ب) وحيث أن الشركة الأردنية للصكوك الإسلامية لتمويل المشاريع الحكومية ذات الغرض الخاص (مساهمة خاصة محدودة)، بصدد طرح صكوك تمويل إسلامي عددها (34000) بقيمة أجمالية مقدارها (34000000) أربعة وثلاثون مليون دينار أردني فقط لا غير ، وفقاً لما هو مبين في نشرة الإصدار الخاصة بهذا الإصدار، وذلك من خلال صكوك الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك (الصكوك).
