مع مراعاه احكام القوانين واللوائح والقرارات الساريه وبشرط استصدار التراخيص اللازمه لممارسه هذه الانشطه ويجوز للشركه ان تكون لها مصلحه او تشترك باي وجه من الوجوه مع الشركات وغيرها التي تزاول اعمالا شبيهه باعمالها او التب قد تعاونها علي تحقيق غرضها في مصر او للخارج كما يجوز لها ان تندمج في الهيئات السالفه او تشتريها او تلحقها بها وذلك طبقا لاحكام القانون ولائحته التنفيذيه

Results (English) 1:

Subject to applicable laws and regulations and decisions and licensing requirement for the exercise of these activities and the company may have an interest or share in any way with other companies engaged in activities similar to their work or the tapeworm could cooperate to achieve its purpose in Egypt or abroad and may be integrated into the above bodies, purchased or inflict it in accordance with the provisions of law and regulations

Subject to the provisions of laws, regulations and decrees in force and provided licensing necessary for the exercise of these activities and the company may have interests or participate in any way with companies and other firms conducting similar activities or tobacco may cooperate to achieve their purpose in Egypt or abroad also it may merge in the above-bodies or buy or inflict upon them in accordance with the provisions of the law and its implementing regulations

Taking into account the provisions of applicable laws, regulations, decrees, and licensing is required to practice these activities, the company may have an interest or share by way of corporate and doing business like, Bamalha or individual may cooperate to achieve their purpose in Egypt or abroad as an organ, or they may be purchased or they were in accordance with the provisions of the act and its executive regulation
