ثلاثة عشر قضية لا تزال منظورة لدى ديوان المظالم ولم يصدر بها أحكام وكذلك واحد وأربعين قضية صدرت أحكام ابتدائية لصالح شركة زين تم تأييدها، تسعة منها من محكمة الاستئناف الإدارية بالرياض وأصبحت الأحكام فيها نهائية وهذا تطور مهم جداً لمصلحة شركة زين و ثلاثة قضايا صدرت فيها أحكام ابتدائية ضد مصلحة شركة زين تم الاعتراض عليها جميعاً وقضية واحدة عادت من الاستئناف بملاحظات للدائرة المصدرة للقرار
