قامت مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي بإصدار ارشادات وأطر عمل لإعادة هيكلة رأس المال حسب توصيات لجنة بازل 3 والتي سرى مفعولها اعتباراً من 1 يناير 2013م. وفقاً لإطُر عمل لجنة بازل 3، تم احتساب الموجودات المرجحة المخاطرة الموحدة الخاصة بالمجموعة وإجمالي رأس المال والنسب ذات الصلة على أساس موحد للمجموعة.

SAMA has issued guidelines and frameworks for capital restructuring by the Basel Committee's recommendations 3 and that effect as of January 1, 2013. According to the Basel Committee 3 frameworks, risk-weighted assets was calculated for the Group and total capital and related ratios on a consolidated basis for the group.

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency to issue and frameworks for capital restructuring guidelines according to the recommendations of the Basel 3, which took effect as of January 1, 2013 AD.
