أن يفحص المواد الاولية للتأكد من ان

أن يفحص المواد الاولية للتأكد من ان خواصها الطبيعية أو تركيبها الكيماوي مطابق للنظم الرسمية المعتمدة او لما هو وارد في الكتب العلمية أو المراجع الاخرى، وبحال عدم المطابقة يجب عليه اعلام وزارة الصحة العامة فورا والاحتفاظ بهذه المواد الاولية ليجري اتلافها من قبل وزارة الصحة العامة او اعادتها الى بلد المنشأ باشراف وزارة الصحة العامة.
