إذا نجم في أي وقت خلال مدة هذا العقد أو أي تمدید له أو بعد انتهائه، أي خلاف أو ن ا زع بین الطرفین بخصوص تنفیذ
بنوده أو بشأن حقوق والت ا زمات كل طرف وتعذر علیهما حسمه بالاتفاق ودیا ،ً یعرض النزاع على محكمة أبوظبي المختصة ، وتعتبر
قوانین دولة الإمارات العربیة المتحدة هي واجبة التطبیق على النزاعات الخاصة التي تنشأ بین الطرفین ، وفي جمیع الأحوال فإن
الخلاف الحاصل لا یحول دون التزام الطرفین بالاستمرار في تنفیذ أعمال هذه العقد.
