1. الحد من ظاهرة الرمي العشوائي للمخلفات في الاماكن الغير مخصصة.
2. بناء قاعدة بيانات خاصة بتدوير لجميع القطاعات العاملة في مجال النفايات (منتجي نفايات, ناقلي نفايات, المنشآت المستقبلة للنفايات).
3. المساعدة على التحليل واستخلاص النتائج المتعلقة ببيانات النفايات.
4. ايجاد الحلول ووضع الخطط المستقبلية
