يجب ان تمتنع الام الحامل عن أخذ أي ادوية او فيتامينات إلا بعد إستشارة الطبيب وان تلجأ اليه فور حدوث اي اعراض غير طبيعية (غثيان وقئ شديد، تورم بالجسم او الارجل، صداع مستمر، زغللة بالعين، نزول سوائل او دم من المهبل، توقف حركة الجنين لمدة اربعة وعشرين ساعة)
