وبعد الانتهاء من مناقشة التقرير والردود التفصيلية الخاصة بكل فقرة والموافقة بالاجماع عليها إقترح رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشيخ/ صالح الصقري بأن يقوم أمين سر اللجنة الأستاذ/ عادل العجلان بقراءة الفقرات الواردة في خطاب مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي رقم PROTECTED بتاريخ 30/2/1436 ومن ثم بحث ونقاش الرد الإيضاحي لكل فقرة على أن يقوم المجلس باستصدار قراراته تبعاً لذلك وقد أيده في هذا الاقتراح جميع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة الحاضرين
