وفقاً لخطاب تعييننا بتاريخ ..................، قمنا بتنفيذ الإجراءات المتفق عليها معكم وفقاً لمعيار التقارير الخاصة الصادر عن الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين والذي ينطبق على عمليات تنفيذ إجراءات متفق عليها والمشار إليها أدناه للوفاء ببعض متطلبات بعض السادة مساهمين شركة مجموعة كابلات الرياض (الشركة ) بخصوص نسبة مساهمة و توزيعات الأرباح التي تمت لكل من السادة المساهمين التاليين ( يشار إليهم بالمساهمين ) و ذلك كما في و عن السنوات المنتهية في 31ديسمبر 2013م و31ديسمبر 2014م و 31ديسمبر 2015م .
