5.4.1 الجدول الزمني للمشروع: حيث بدأت إنطلاقة المشروع في 1 مايو 2016م، تم بعدها العمل على عدة محاور وصولاً لمسودّة التقرير الأولى (1st draft) والتي تم تقديمها من قبل المستشار الفني في 22 يوليو 2016م، ومن ثم تم تقديم مسودّة التقرير الثانية (2nd draft) في 1 أغسطس 2016م، وهي المعروضة على أنظار المجلس في إجتماع اليوم، ومن المتوقع الوصول لمسودّة التقرير الثالثة (3rd draft) والتي ستكون النهائية في 28 أغسطس الحالي؛
5.4.2 شرح موجز (Executive summary): حيث إشتمل على تشخيص للنتائج المحققة من قبل الشركة ومقارنتها بالعوامل المحيطة بسوق التأمين في المملكة العربية السعودية، للإنطلاق نحو إستراتيجية واضحة للشركة؛
5.4.3 رؤية الشركة للخمسة سنوات القادمة؛
5.4.4 ترجمة إستراتيجية الشركة إلى 5 محاور رئيسية، تتمثل في التالي:
5.4.4.1 التركيز على زيادة الربحية في جميع شرائح العملاء وزيادة النمو؛
5.4.4.2 تطوير فرع التأمين على المركبات مع التركيز على إختيار المخاطر والبدائل المتاحة؛
5.4.4.3 إعادة تنظيم لهيكل الشركة التنظيمي وخلق بيئة عمل صحية داخل الشركة؛
5.4.4.4 تطوير التكنولوجيا وتقنية المعلومات داخل الشركة وتشجيع الإبتكار؛
5.4.4.5 ترشيد الإنفاق مع وضع السياسات والإجراءات المناسبة للإدارة المالية وإدارة المخاطر.

5.4.5 شرح لبرنامج العمل خلال سنوات المشروع؛
5.4.6 نظرة عامة على الأثر المالي طويل الأجل للمشروع وتأثيرها الإيجابي على الربحية والملاءة المالية للشركة.

Results (English) 2:

5.4.1 Project Schedule: where it started the project launch on May 1 , 2016, after which work on several axes down the first draft of the report (1st draft) which has been provided by the technical advisor in the July 22, 2016 m, and then was presented a draft second report ( 2nd draft) on August 1 , 2016, which is presented to the attention of the Board at today 's meeting, is expected to reach the report to a draft of the third (3rd draft) and that will be the final on August 28 current;
5.4.2 a brief explanation (Executive summary): where comprised of diagnosis results achieved by the company and compare the factors surrounding the insurance market in Saudi Arabia, the springboard to a clear strategy of the company;
5.4.3 the company 's vision for the next five years;
5.4.4 translation of the company 's strategy to the five main themes, is the following:
5.4.4.1 focus on increasing profitability in all customer segments and increase growth;
5.4.4.2 develop the insurance branch on vehicles with a focus on the risks and alternatives available to choose;
5.4.4.3 reorganizing the organizational structure of the company and create a healthy working environment within the company;
5.4.4.4 development of technology and information technology within the company and to encourage innovation ;
5.4.4.5 rationalization of expenditure with the appropriate policies and procedures for financial management and risk management mode.

5.4.5 explanation of the work program during the years of the project;
5.4.6 Overview of the long - term financial impact of the project and its positive impact on the profitability and solvency of the company.
