مع عدم الإخلال بحق العامل في الاعتراض أمام الهيئة المختصة وفقاً لنص المادة (72) من نظام العمل ، يجوز للعامل أن يتظلم أمام إدارة المنشأة من أي جزاء يوقع عليه وفق أحكام التظلم المنصوص عليها في هذه اللائحة
