عدم اختصاص الهيئات العمالية بنظر المنازعات الخاصة بالمتعاقدين غير السعوديين الذين كانوا معينين على بند التشغيل والصيانة في وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات؛ وذلك لخضوعهم للأحكام المنصوص عليها بلائحة توظيف غير السعوديين في الوظائف العامة.
