يلتزم المصنع بعدم رمي المخلفات وعدم الإضرار بمرافق المدينة الصناعية وفي حالة مخالفته ستطبق عليه لائحة الغرامات والجزاءات للمخالفات ومرافق المياه والصرف الصحي الصادرة بقرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة رقمي 28و29/2004 بتاريخ 29/7/1425 هـ والمبنية على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 225 بتاريخ 16/11/1425هـ .
