توفير كافة الأمور اللوجستية والمعدات اللازمة لاستلام كميات المنتجات للطرف الأول، من المصانع و المعامل وتوصيلها إلى الفروع بشاحنات و مركبات برية مخصصة ويشمل ذلك الصناديق المجمدة و المبردة للأطعمة، وأية معدات أخرى قد تلزم لإتمام تلك العملية بكفاءة وأن تكون جميع تلك المعدات في حالة تشغيلية جيدة ومطابقة لمواصفات واشتراطات الطرف الاول، كما يتعهد بتوفير طاقم تشغيل مدرب على نقل هذه المنتجات، و نقل الأطعمة داخل صناديق ( مجمدة او مبردة) براً من المصانع إلى فروع أو معامل الطرف الأول في نفس المنطقة
