7. يلتزم الاستشاري بأخذ موافقة الهيئة قبل ثلاثين يوماً في حال رغب مدير المشروع بالتمتع بإجازته العادية على أن لا تزيد عن (30) ثلاثين يوماً سنوياً بعد مضي (6) ستة أشهر على الأقل في خدمة الهيئة، وعلى أن يتم تأمين البديل ويعطى نفس الصلاحيات خلال إجازة المدير الأساسي للمشروع.
