فقد تم تصميمه بحيث لا تضطر الشركات إلى تفريغ المشاركين طيلة المسار التدريبي الممتد لأربعة أشهر بل فقط لـ 15 يوم عمل فقط مقسمة على ثلاثة فترات فيما يُمكنهم مواصلة باقي المسار وهم على رأس عملهم، كما أن البرنامج لا يقتصر على المسار التدريبي بل ستتم متابعة المشاركين وشركاتهم بعد تخرجهم لضمان استفادتهم من البرنامج وتطور أداءهم الوظيفي
