يستهدف هذا البرنامج موظفي البنك وذلك لنشر المعرفة والوعي بالمصرفية الاسلامية ويتناول التعريف بالمصطلحات الشرعية المتعلقة بالمصرفية الإسلامية، ومعرفة صيغ المنتجات الأساسية المعمول بها، وقد أنطلق البرنامج في الربع الرابع من العام 2015م، ودرب خلاله قطاع الشرعية قرابة (200) موظف. ويستمر هذا البرنامج لتدريب كافة موظفي البنك الحاليين.
