يرجى الاطلاع على الرد المرسل ادناه من قبل مسئول قسم الجودة بالمنطقة الغربية ، بأن السيد/ سعيد المنصوري المزرعة رقم 94 ( رقم المورد 07530) ، يورد للمركز: (طماطم دائرية – طماطم بيف – فلفل حلو)

ولكن عند الفرز والاستلام تم ايجاد العديد من العيوب في جودة المنتجات ، والتي لاتتطابق مع مواصفات الجودة بمركز خدمات المزارعين ، وفي هذه الحاله تم التواصل مع المزارع لإفادته بتلك المشكلة وايضاح العيوب التي تم ايجادها في المنتج أثناء الاستلام والفرز.





ونود إعلامكم بأن الشخص المخول الذي يقوم بالتقييم على جودة المنتجات ومطابقتها مع مواصفات الجودة : هو شخص مؤهل يقوم بتطبيق مواصفات وشروط مركز خدمات المزارعين بأبوظبي ولا يتدخل أي من العمال في عملية تقييم المنتجات .



وايضاً نفيدكم علماً بأن الذي يقوم بعملية الفرز هم عمال المركز الذين يتم تدريبهم على فرز المنتجات حسب مواصفات الجودة لمركز خدمات المزارعين وتحت رقابة و إشراف مسئولي الإنتاج ومراقبي ومفتشي الجودة.

و يقوم قسم الجودة بعمل دورات تدريبة للمزارعين وذلك لشرح متطلبات ومواصفات المنتجات في بداية كل موسم.
