في حال كون مقدم الطلب أقل من 21 سنة

في حال كون مقدم الطلب أقل من 21 سنة , يتعين على وصيه الشرعي التقدم بالطلب نيابة عنه وذلك في حال عدم توفر شهادة اثبات رشد من المحكمة
