يتم مراجعة احتساب مخصص نهاية خدمة الموظفين بناء على بيانات يتم استلامها من الموارد البشرية تتعلق بسنوات خبرة الموظفين، ومسير الرواتب، وإجازاتهم، ...... إلخ. يتم احتساب ويتم توزيعه على األقسام ذات العلاقة ( يتم االحتساب آليا ).
