لا يجوز للعامل الذي يترك العمل قبل انتهاء مدته أن يتعاقد مع صاحب عمل آخر ولا يسمح بالتعاقد معه مدة سنتين من تاريخ ترحيل العامل على حساب صاحب العمل الأول
