استفسر الأعضاء عما إذا كان هناك أمور غير منجزة بعد من الملاحظات الواردة في تقرير ديلويت. أفاد الأستاذ الباز بأن هناك بعض الأمور الواجب استكمالها من أهمها ثلاثة وهي دليل إجراءات الإدارة المالية وتحديد الصلاحيات، وتسوية أرصدة حسابات الأطراف ذات العلاقة بشكل كامل، بالإضافة إلى عمل تقييم حوكمة الشركات لكن الرئيس التنفيذي الأستاذ/ محمد الشايع وضح بأنه لسنا بحاجة إلى تقييم من جهة خارجية وأنه بالإمكان عمل هذا التقييم داخلياً. طلب أعضاء اللجنة الحصول على المخاطبات المتعلقة بتقرير ديلويت وأن يتم تزويدهم بجدول متابعة الأعمال المتعلقة بتقرير ديلويت من قبل إدارة الرقابة النظامية ليتم مناقشته في الاجتماع القادم.
