وفي إطار اللقاء، أشاد رئيس مجلس إدارة غرفة جدة صالح بن عبدالله كامل بإستراتيجية العمل الوطنية التي تنفذها وزارة العمل، وأوضح أن الغرفة جزء من هذه المنظومة ومشاركة فيها إيماناً منها بالتشاركية، مثمناً جهود وزارة العمل والمؤسسات الشقيقة في تأصيل التشاركية مع الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية، وجهود الوزارة أيضاً في دعم عمل المرأة في الأنشطة الاقتصادية المختلفة، مشيراً إلى تعاون الغرفة الوثيق مع الوزارة في دعم أنشطة عمل الأسر المنتجة ورعاية المؤسسات الصغيرة والناشئة وتأسيس حاضنات الأعمال واستثمار الخبرات الدولية .
