ولما كان الهدف القريب من إنشاء المجالس المحلية هو إيجاد صيغة محلية واقعية لمواجهة تحدي تقديم الخدمات العامة في ظل الثورة وظروف التدمير التي يفرضها النظام؛ إلا أن الهدف الأسمى والأهم هو الانتقال لتأسيس حياة عامة يسودها مبدأ الكرامة والحرية على كامل الأراضي السورية، لذا لابد من التشديد على الحق الانتخابي ونزاهة وحرية الانتخابات بشكلٍ كامل.

Since the immediate objective of the establishment of local councils is to find a local realistic response to the challenge of providing public services in a revolution and destruction imposed by the regime. The ultimate aim of most important move for life in general.The dignity and freedom for all Syrian territory, so we must emphasize electoral right and fair and free elections in full.
