اطلعت اللجنة على موضوع انتهاء عمل لجنة المراجعة الداخلية وانتهاء عقد المراجع الخارجي المُعين من قبل الجمعية والتي من مسؤولياتها اعتماد القوائم المالية الربع سنوية ، كما اطلعت على عقد المراجع الخارجي ، والذي انتهى بانتهاء الربع الأول، وحيث أن الشركة ملزمة بالإعلان عن قوائمها المالية للربع الثاني قبل انتهاء فترة السماح النظامية فقد طلب الرئيس التنفيذي المُكلف من اللجنة أن توافق على التعاقد مع المراجع الخارجي ليقوم بالموافقة على القوائم المالية للشركة في الربع الثاني وبعد أن ناقشت اللجنة هذا الموضوع فقد قررت ما يلي
