لغرض انتقال الاسهم في السوق للشركات المستثمر فيها بغير قيمة صافي اصولها، الاصول السائلة (النقد و ما يوازيه، زائدًا الحسابات المدينة) يجب الا يتجاوز نسبة 49% من اجمالي الاصول او قيمة الرسملة السوقية للشركة المعنية

Results (English) 1:

For the purpose of transmission of stock market of investees net value assets, liquid assets (cash and equivalent, plus accounts receivable) should not exceed 49% of total assets or the value of the market capitalization of the company concerned

Results (English) 2:

For the purpose of transfer of shares in the market for investee companies other than the value of the net assets, liquid assets (cash and matched, plus accounts receivable) should not exceed 49% of total assets or the value of market capitalization of the company concerned

Results (English) 3:

For the transmission of the invested companies by stock market value of the net assets, liquid assets (cash, accounts receivable, plus the equivalent) must not be exceeded 49% percent of the total market capitalization of assets or the value of the company.
