مع مراعاة أحكام القوانين واللوائح والقرارات السارية وبشرط استصدار التراخيص اللازمة لممارسة هذه الأنشطة ويجوز للشركة أن تكون لها مصلحة أو تشترك بأي وجه من الوجوه مع الشركات وغيرها التي تزاول أعمالا شبيهة بأعمالها أو التي قد تعاونها علي تحقيق غرضها في مصر أو في الخارج ، كما يجوز لها أن تندمج في الهيئات السالفة أو تشتريها أو تلحقها بها وذلك طبقا لأحكام القانون ولائحته التنفيذية

Subject to applicable laws and regulations and decisions and licensing requirement for the exercise of these activities and the company may have an interest or share in any way with other companies engaged in activities similar to their work or may collaborate to achieve its purpose in Egypt or abroad, and may be integrated into the above bodies, purchased or inflict it in accordance with the provisions of law and regulations

Subject to the provisions of laws, regulations and decisions in force and subject to obtaining necessary for the exercise of these activities licenses and the company may have interests or participate in any way with companies and other firms conducting similar activities or which may assist to achieve its purpose in Egypt or abroad, and may be integrated into the above bodies or buy or inflict upon them in accordance with the provisions of the law and its implementing regulations

Results (English) 3:

Taking into account the provisions of the laws, regulations and resolutions in force and licensing activities for the company may have an interest or participate in any way with companies others employed as similar to work and cooperate to achieve their purpose in Egypt or abroad, and may fit into the above organs or buy, have, in accordance with the provisions of the act and its implementing regulations
