يتطلب تحقيق التوازن في اعمال المنظمة تشكيل اللجنة من أعضاء يمثلون كافة القطاعات المنظمة ذات العلاقة بالمشكلة المطروحة للحل دون تفضيل قطاع على اخر، مما يترتب عليه تفعيل العمل الجماعي المشترك و الاستفادة من تضافر جهود جميع القطاعات و روئيتها لحل المشكلة و تأثير الحل المطروح او مدى ملائمته لحاجة كل قطاع

The required balance in the work of the organization, the committee members of the organization, representing all sectors relevant to the problem at hand without preference for the last, resulting in active cooperation and make concerted efforts.And the Rwyytha sectors to solve the problem and solution effect before or its appropriateness for each sector.
