3.1 إطلع أعضاء مجلس الإدارة على ما سبق للمجلس إقراره في إجتماعات سابقة بشأن حاجة الشركة لتعيين رئيس مالي (CFO)، والتي كان آخرها قرار مجلس الإدارة في إجتماعه الماضي رقم (103/2016) بتاريخ 08/09/1437هـ الموافق 13/06/2016م والذي نص على إيعاز المجلس إلى الإدارة التنفيذية بإستكمال عملية البحث عن مرشحين مناسبين على هذه الوظيفة وعرض التوصية على لجنة الترشيحات والمكافآت للموافقة عليها قبل التعيين.

3.1 briefed Board members on the Council have already adopted at previous meetings on the need for the company to appoint the President of Mali (CFO), the latest of which was decision of the last meeting of the Governing Council (103/2016) on 08/09/1437 e 13/01/2016 m the Executive Management Council directive completing the search for suitable candidates for this job and view the recommendation on the nomination and remuneration Committee for approval before appointment.

3.1 briefed board members on the above, the Council approved at previous meetings on the company's need for the appointment of the President of Mali (CFO), the latest of which was the board's decision in the last meeting No. (103/2016) dated 08/09/1437 H corresponding to 06/13/2016 AD and that the text of the directive to the Council completed an executive management process of searching for suitable candidates on this post and display on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration Committee for approval before appointment.
