بناء على قرار مجلس إدارة البنك بتعديل هيكلة اللجان التابعة لمجلس الإدارة، وذلك بفصل لجنة المخاطر والالتزام على أن تكون لجنتين منفصلتين بمهام منفصلة ( لجنة المخاطر و لجنة الالتزام والحوكمة ). حيث عقدت لجنة المخاطر والالتزام قبل قرار الفصل عدد (3) اجتماعات وبعد قرار الفصل عدد (1) اجتماع كلجنة المخاطر، وذلك بناء على التفصيل الآتي:
