16.1 أفاد نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة المهندس عبدالعزيز الغنّام بأن هذا البند مؤجل منذ الإجتماع السابق في يوم الأربعاء 21/11/1437هـ الموافق 24/08/2016م، ليتمكن جميع الأعضاء من الإطلاع على مضمونه ولحين حضور رئيس لجنة المراجعة الأستاذ عمر الهوشان ليقوم أيضاً بإطلاع المجلس على مرئياته والخطوات التالية الواجب إتباعها بشأن ما ورد فيه.
16.2 وحيث أن هذا الإجتماع مخصص لأعضاء المجلس غير التنفيذيين، فقد توافق أعضاء مجلس الإدارة على أهمية مشاركة العضو المنتدب الأستاذ لطفي الزين، والرئيس التنفيذي الأستاذ محمد الشايع، في بحث ونقاش ما ورد في هذا الخطاب، وبالتالي أخذ المجلس قراره بتأجيل هذا البند لحين إجتماع المجلس القادم.
