يقدم البنك لموظفيه المؤهلين برامج تحفيزية مدفوعة على أساس الأسهم (البرامج) معتمدة من قبل مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، وبموجب شروط هذا البرنامج، يمنح البنك الموظفين المؤهلين أسهم سيتم الاحتفاظ بها كجزء من مكافآتهم السنوية.
