يقوم رئيس الحسابات بدراسة الاختلافات والاسباب و تسلمها لمحاسب الموردين لتصحيحها ان كان سببها داخلى او التواصل مع المورد ان كان سببها خطا فى حسابات المورد وتزويد المورد بالمستندات الثبوتيه لتصحيح الرصيد

The head of accounts studies the differences and reasons and delivers them to the supplier accountant to correct them if they are caused by the inside or communicate with the supplier if it is caused by a line in the supplier's accounts and provide the supplier with the documents to correct the balance
